Vintage Chinese Bird and Flower Silk Painting in a Faux Bamboo Frame.

Beautiful hand painted vintage Chinese bird and flower (type of Peony, China's unofficial National Flower) painting. The images have been delicately painted on cream silk and mounted on off white damask silk. Framed in faux bamboo which was topical of mid century oriental styling. 

The painting and framing are in great condition with the only alteration replacing the framing tape. Along with new hanging eyes and wire. 

This painting has been stamped and signed by the artist. Possibly painted mid 20th century.
