Delivery & Returns
At Jackdaw Living we use My Hermes couriers service to delivery your order. We make sure every delivery is signed for and can take two to four days to be delivered. A tracking number will be emailed to you, the customer.
We offer free delivery on all furniture within mainland UK.
We use local couriers to deliver the furniture and they will require assistance upon arrival.
For shipping outside mainland UK please contact us at email@example.com to find out the cost.
We, at Jackdaw Living, will make contact with you just after you have placed your order.
If you are local to Suffolk and wish to have a look or collect furniture yourself please do get in contact (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can arrange this.
We hope that you will be happy with your order, but on the rare occasion that you are not happy with your purchase please email us on info@jackdawliving to let us know that your will be returning your order.
You have 14 days to return an item and please make sure the item/items are in the original packaging and in perfect order, otherwise we cannot give you a full refund for your item.
You will have to arrange postage/carriage for the item/items that you would like to return. Once we have received the goods we will contact you and as long as the returned items are in good order we will refund you within 24 hours.
If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you have ordered please contact us to let us know that you are returning the item. Please return the item to us within 14 days and then we will replace your order or give you a full refund.
